Information we collect
When you book or write to us, we collect the details you submit: name, email, phone, message, the service you are interested in, preferred setting, and a requested provider if you choose one.
Our site is hosted by Vercel. Booking times are scheduled through Google Calendar. Those companies process data according to their own policies. This website does not use a separate analytics pixel.
How we use it
We use this information to answer you, schedule care, match you with a specialist, and run the practice. We do not sell your information.
Forms on this website are not an electronic medical record. Clinical notes from actual treatment live in our care records, not in the public site.
Retention and your choices
We keep inquiry and booking details as long as we need them to provide care, meet legal duties, or resolve a question you raised. Email hello@regencium.com to ask what we hold or to request a correction.
Children
Pediatric care is arranged by a parent or guardian. This website is not directed at children submitting their own forms.
