Why we exist

The purpose of business is the development of people. Profit matters because a business has to stay healthy to serve anyone. But it isn't the point. The point is the people a business touches: patients, team members, owners, and the community.

Regencium's purpose. Our mission is to cultivate healthier bodies, minds, and souls. Our vision is to transform the greater Houston area into the healthiest region in the world.

How we pursue it

  • Enlarge the pie. We grow by creating more value, not by only competing over our slice of it.
  • No restrictive practices. We compete by being better, not by limiting others.
  • Informed patient decisions. Patients get the full picture, and the decision is theirs.
  • Integrity. We honor our word to each other and to everyone we serve.

What you can expect from us

  • No non-competes. If you ever decide to move on, you're free to build your career wherever you choose. We'd rather earn your loyalty than contract for it.
  • Pay tied to results. Your compensation reflects the value you create, with opportunities to share in what we build together.
  • Real development. You'll work alongside clinicians who take their craft seriously and invest in yours.
  • A straight answer. You'll always know where you stand.

Who we work with

Character comes first. These traits are required. We work with people who are:

  • Honest
  • Highly competent and proud of their work
  • Resourceful and proactive
  • Excellent communicators, committed to continually improving
  • Lifelong learners who seek out honest feedback
  • Motivated to be paid according to the results they produce, and to share in what we build together
  • Genuinely caring about the patient, the work, and the team

We do not work with people who are:

  • Dishonest
  • Careless with their word
  • Just going through the motions
  • Cynical or bitter
