Apartment communities

1-on-1 training in your community gym.

For property managers

A trainer in the building, without hiring one.

Residents already walk past the gym. Most of them never get a plan. We come to your community, train people 1-on-1, and leave the amenity feeling used instead of decorative.

You do not need to staff a fitness hire. Residents book with us. If you want training as a bundled amenity, we will talk through that together.

What we bring

Private sessions where people already live.

On-site 1-on-1

We use your gym or amenity space. Sessions are private. Residents are not sharing a trainer with a crowd.

A true complimentary intro

The first conversation is free. A resident can meet us, ask questions, and decide without a sales pitch.

Care if someone is hurting

If a resident is in pain, licensed physical therapy is available in home or in clinic. Training does not replace that.

Who this is for

Communities that want the gym to mean something.

1-on-1 training in your community gym.
  • Property managers building a wellness amenity residents will actually use
  • Leasing teams who want a concrete offer, not another unused clubhouse
  • Communities whose gym sits empty most of the day
  • Residents who want 1-on-1 without driving across Houston
  • Properties in Cypress, Bellaire, The Woodlands, Spring, and Greater Houston

How it works

We fit your building. You do not rebuild around us.

We walk the space with you, agree on hours that work for residents, and handle booking. Residents can pay us directly, or you can sponsor training as a community benefit. Either way, the work stays 1-on-1.

Questions property managers ask

Straight answers before you send this on.

Who pays for the training?

Residents can book and pay us directly. If you want training as a sponsored amenity, we will walk through that separately. There is not a one-size package on this page.

Do you run group classes in the clubhouse?

Our standard is 1-on-1. If you need a different format, tell us. We will say whether it is a fit instead of stretching the work.

Do residents have to already be clients?

No. Anyone who lives in the community can start with a complimentary intro.

Are the people who train residents licensed?

Personal trainers are certified. Physical therapists are licensed DPTs. Residents who need rehab see a therapist, not a trainer.
